Retailers ‘to benefit’ from Equilibrium distribution deal
Equilibrium Products has appointed Battle, Hayward & Bower (Battles) as its UK distributor. The arrangement, effective from 1st July, enables retailers to order Equilibrium’s products as part of larger wholesaler orders thus reducing postage and administration.

Acquisition puts Baileys and Badminton feeds into same stable
F H Nash Ltd, owner of Baileys Horse Feeds, has bought John Loader (Wessex) Ltd – which manufactures Badminton Horse Feeds - from grain marketing company Openfield. John Loader (Wessex), based in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, also makes Badminton Country Feeds. The new owners say the company will be run as a going concern with current staff remaining in place.
