When a charity appealed for up-to-standard, adjustable riding helmets – and named uvex as its ideal choice – the brand’s UK distributor stepped in to help.
Now a consignment of uvex children’s kidoxx and exxential hats from Zebra Products has arrived at Many Tears Equestrian.
The South Wales based charity runs horse clubs and therapy sessions for children and adults who get to meet and handle rescued and rehabilitated horses and ponies.
“Wearing properly fitted riding helmets is an important part of keeping our visitors safe and protected,” said Abbey, equine manager at Many Tears.
“We are absolutely blown away by Zebra Products’ kindness and generosity - we cannot believe we have been gifted so many helmets.”
Many Tears Equestrian’s equine therapy sessions cater for people of all ages. Youth clubs and care homes are among the venues visited.
“When we saw Many Tears Equestrian’s online appeal for uvex helmets, we couldn’t help but answer the call,” says Simon Middleton, managing director of Zebra Products.
