Equine Careers has won a national award for innovation in recruitment.

Emma Dyer, founder of Equine Careers, with the company’s trophy for innovation in recruitment. 

The company which reset how the equestrian trade fills and finds jobs was a winner at last week’s Business Awards UK. 

Founded 16 years ago by Emma Dyer, Equine Careers concentrates on professional and office-based roles in management, sales, admin and marketing. 

The award judges said: “Emma has single-handedly changed the way the industry advertises and recruits, building strong relationships within the industry and supporting it from all angles.”

Emma told ETN she was “delighted” to have been commended for innovation in recruitment.  

“Recognition is always very much appreciated. Because of the way in which I work - offering a jobs board, recruitment services, careers coaching and industry talks - I am indeed able to support the industry from all angles.”
