“It’s a new chapter in my life.”

Tina Hustler – who has worked for the British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA) for almost 20 years – starts a new role this month.
“I’m sad to be leaving BETA after so long, and in particular, I will miss all the lovely people I’ve met along the way, many of whom have become friends,” says Tina.
“But a house move to a new area and family commitments mean it’s time for a new chapter in my life.”
As well as being a busy Pony Club mum to daughter Holly, Tina and her husband Chris are renovating a smallholding. She has a new job in retail with Fairfax and Favor at the brand’s Helmsley store in North Yorkshire.
Tina joined BETA in 2005 and for two decades has been assistant to the organisation’s executive director, Claire Williams.
She helped organise BETA Conferences, Gala Dinners, training courses, managed the body protector standard and membership applications and was a cheerful voice on the phone handling queries.
“Tina has been a tremendous asset to BETA over the 20 years she’s been with us,” said Claire. “I’d like to thank her on behalf of all our members for her outstanding dedication and good-humoured approach to tackling the many challenges and opportunities that are thrown at us as a trade association.
“Everyone at BETA wishes Tina and her family all the very best for the future.”
