Sales strategy revealed.
A new name in riding helmets is supplying its lightweight, affordable products directly to consumers.
Mulmet International had a stand at Badminton and is set to appear at Burghley, Your Horse Live, London International plus 20 other shows as well as selling via its online store.

The company says it’s adopted this route to market “rather than rushing into retail stockists.”
Mulmet helmets retail at between £98 and £138. They are certified to ASTM F1163-23 and CE EN1384:2023, have dial-fit adjustment and weigh approximately 450g each.
Says brand founder Sara Li: “The feedback we’ve received from professional riders and trainers has been very positive, particularly around comfort and fit. Many have mentioned that the lightweight design allows them to focus more on their performance without feeling restricted during long sessions.”
Based in Taiwan for most of her professional life, Sara Li co-owned and directed an equestrian helmet manufacturing company from 2009 to 2025.
Asked which company, a spokesperson for Mulmet told ETN: “Sara is really keen to keep the focus on her new venture and the work she’s doing in the equestrian safety space.”
