Now she’s visiting other retailers.
Dengie has appointed Olivia Smith as area sales manager for its south-central region.
She replaces Claire Ward who has retired.
Olivia worked in her local feed store at Ingatestone Saddlery Centre in Essex while studying equine management at Writtle College.
She went on to graduate with a master’s degree in equine science from Hartpury University.
Olivia has previously worked on a showing yard, in equine insurance and in sales for The Pure Feed Company.
In her spare time, she enjoys long walks with her whippet in the Cotswolds.
“Olivia’s combination of equestrian knowledge, sales experience and enthusiasm makes her a fantastic addition to the team,” said a spokesperson for Dengie.
Olivia will be visiting retailers and wholesalers and meeting consumers on the Dengie stand at shows.
