Who’s made the shortlist?

The finalists for the 2025 Equine Careers Sales Representative of the Year have been announced.

The award is one of a series of British Equestrian Trade Awards - the BETAs - presented annually by the British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA).

Entry is open to employed and self-employed sales representatives and agents. The award goes to the individual judged outstanding in his or her approach to customer service and product knowledge.

The four finalists are:

Katie James from NAF

Vicky Rhodes from Keyflow

Lilly Redbourn from Saddlery Brands International

Kate Betteridge from Enva Wood Recycling-Easibed

The winner will be announced at the BETA Gala Dinner on Sunday, 28 September at the Hilton Metropole, NEC, Birmingham.

“Sales reps are the lifeblood of the trade insofar as they are the link between brands and retailers,” says BETA’s Claire Williams.

“They help keep tack shops and retail websites stocked with the latest, most innovative products, provide valuable information for retailers to pass on to their consumer customers and generally keep the trade’s wheels turning.

“BETA and award sponsor Equine Careers are delighted to highlight these outstanding sales reps’ hard work and dedication.”

The BETAs are made up of eleven awards, with more finalists to be announced over the coming weeks.
