Trade stand opportunities available at two-day event.
The first BETA Bits, Bridles & Saddlery Conference will see eminent experts share their knowledge on the current hot topic of the use and fitting of tack.
The open-to-all, two-day event, organised by the British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA), is on 28/29 October at the Holywell Conference Centre at Loughborough University.
It aims to support bridle, bit and saddle fitters while helping riders and equestrian professionals understand more about the role of saddlery and lorinery [bits and other metal equipment] in equine welfare.
Tickets are available now (see link below) with live stream options. There are trade stand opportunities for businesses.
“We’ve been asked for years to put on a conference of this nature, and we’re really pleased that 2025 will be our first one,” said Claire Williams of BETA.
“We currently have presentations planned from leaders in their fields covering a wide range of topics relating to the horse’s mouth, bridle lameness, current and future research round-ups, the issue of horse and rider weight and the impact on saddle fitting, double vs snaffle bridles alongside further stimulating topics.”
The BETA Bits, Bridles & Saddlery Conference is supported by the Worshipful Company of Saddlers and the Worshipful Company of Loriners as gold sponsors, alongside the Society of Master Saddlers (SMS), Bliss of London and Zebra Products as silver sponsors.
Tickets bookings are open with early bird rates for one or two days and live streaming options available. Space is limited.
