A retailer is to offer a click-and-collect service via its trade stand at an upcoming horse trials.

Redpost Equestrian is sponsoring the BE90 and BE100 3 Day Events at Bicton Arena’s October International on 18-22 October.

Throughout the competition, the award-winning Devon based business will provide a click-and-collect service from its store with goods delivered to its trade stand.

If a competitor forgets an essential item of tack or something breaks, a new item can be delivered to Bicton Arena “in double quick time,” says the retailer.

“[Redpost Equestrian] always brings something new to the party, and it’s a great opportunity for them to reach such passionate and dedicated grassroots competitors,” said Bicton Arena’s manager, Andrew Fell.

Winning ways

Last week (10 September), Redpost Equestrian scored a double victory at the British Equestrian Trade Awards – the BETAs – scooping the store and online titles for Retailer of the Year, sponsored by Zebra Products.

“As far as I know, no-one has won both the online and store category in the same year before,” said managing director Ben Tuff.

“I couldn't be prouder of the team and all that we are working on together, there's such a buzz. I would also like to thank our fantastic customers and suppliers for all their support along the way.”
