Newcomers will be visiting stores and meeting consumers at shows.
Dengie has recruited two new area sales managers.
Jessica Toombs is representing the fibre feed specialist in the eastern region; Rebecca Opie is covering the south-east of England.
Jessica has five years’ retail sales experience and plenty of practical equine knowledge. She owns a seven-year-old gypsy cob called Romeo, and together they compete in dressage and show jumping.
Rebecca has worked in the equine industry for the past four years after graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a master’s degree in equine health and welfare.
As well as taking part in riding club activities with her Irish sports horse, Bobby, Rebecca helps on her partner’s family farm looking after their herd of Kent Romney sheep.
“Dengie are thrilled to have both Jessica and Rebecca on board,” said national sales manager Laura Dolphin.
“They bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise from their previous positions as well as their personal horse experience. They will be a great asset to our team.”
Jessica and Rebecca will be visiting retailers and wholesalers in the coming weeks, as well as meeting customers on Dengie’s stand at shows.
