TV’s Bargain Hunt is to feature the work of the late Norman Thelwell in a programme to be aired on BBC1 at 12.15pm on Friday (4 October).
The episode tells the story behind Thelwell’s famous cartoons through his daughter Penny Jones. Penny was the inspiration behind the Thelwell character Penelope and her mischievous pony, Kipper.
