Recruit plans to use drone to analyse equine performance.
Alex McCracken has joined Cuomo Saddles’ team of approved saddle fitters. He is covering the south-east.
Alex qualified in 1984 from Cordwainers College (now Capel Manor).
He has worked in the UK and abroad, including for the Hong Kong Jockey Club as its saddler since 2014.
Cuomo Saddles’ founder Louisa Cuomo has a special interest in the use of technologies to combat performance issues such as saddle slip, asymmetry and rider positioning.
Alex, who has a commercial drone pilot’s licence, hopes to use drone footage to offer another perspective on equine performance and saddle fit.
