Ex-England player’s stables teams up with equestrian brand.

NAF Racing has announced an official collaboration with Manor House Stables.

The Cheshire based Flat racing yard is owned by ex-England and Liverpool footballer Michael Owen (pictured above) and his business partner Andrew Black.

The horses are trained by Tom Dascombe.

The NAF Racing range incorporates specialised products across supplements and applications.

“The needs of the racehorse are different to those of other equine athletes,” says Isla Boxall-Loomes of NAF. “These products have been designed to combat the challenges they face.”

Commenting on the partnership. Michael said: “As a former elite sportsman, I’m fully aware of the fine margins that can be the difference between success and failure.

“In the same way that footballers need to get the right nutritional balance between fuel and hydration for optimum performance, it’s important that horses get the right balance too.

“This is why I’m delighted to welcome NAF on board as a main sponsor.”

NAF racing manager Sammy Martin added: “I’m thrilled we’re in the position of being able to announce an official partnership with Manor House Stables.

“They are focused on ensuring that each and every horse receives the five-star care and support that they require from the day that they arrive on the yard as a youngster all the way through to their first visit to a racecourse and beyond.”
