Recruit has experience in pet foods, human food and packaging.
Nigel Route has joined Dodson & Horrell as the feed manufacturer’s new technical manager.
He has previously worked for various fast-moving consumer food manufacturers such as Great British Confectionary Group, Full Green, Bakkavor and Premier Foods.
His animal feed industry experience includes time at pet food specialist Fold Hill Foods.
Nigel will be working closely with Chris Gordon, Dodson & Horrell’s long-standing technical director, who has taken a part-time role.
